A short episode welcoming you to baby gut health podcast, learn about what to expect and get to know your host a little bit more. 

Baby gut health podcast will be delivered in series/seasons, with each season covering a particular topic. Each episode will run for 30ish minutes, where we will break down complex topics into bite sized and easy to digest information. 

Laila is a qualified naturopath and nutritionist who specialises in infant health and maternal wellbeing. This podcast will cover everything you need to know about your baby's health in the first 3 years of life, with a gut-first approach.

A gut-first approach means we don't do anything without considering the impact it will have on your baby's gut and microbiome. 

I can't wait for you to listen to our very first season where we will be delving into food allergies and gut health.
